I’m an iPhone. I am able to send to android and they receive it. But I am unable to receive from android. Help

I’ve done all of the steps you suggested, but I still can’t receive messages from android. I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max, I have Xfinity cell service, I paid off my iPhone just after I did, I switched to android, long story short, I switched back to my iPhone and now can’t receive messages from android, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

I’ve done all those things - Apple even told me to wait for ios18 - updated to that and STILL NOT receding replies. They get my messages but replies don’t arrive. It just stopped working last month -prior to that everything was fine. It seems to be international numbers

My issue comes from swopping my physical sim from S23U to 13 Pro Max iMessage still comes in but certain aAndroid sms still going to S23U on same WiFi but if I force 5G they come in.
