Lying flutter kicks -- small, feet together

-Begin lying on your back with your legs extended, feet together, and hands placed palms down by your side or under your bottom.
-Lift your feet 6 inches off the ground. Point your toes away from you and keep your knees as straight as possible.
-Lift your left foot slightly, and simultaneously lower your right foot to 2-3 inches off the ground. Pause briefly then slowly lower your left leg to 2-3 inches off the ground and raise your right leg. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
-Do not let your feet touch the ground during the exercise.
-Breath should be 2 kicks per inhale and 2 kicks per exhale.
