Wow.. this really does help. I've only been doing this for five minutes and the pain went from 7 to 3. Amazing. And I've gone to a podiatrist I've even had physical therapy and it didn't even help. Thank you Dr. Berg. You are so helpful. 😊

I do it !!! I figured I t out after 1 year of plantar facitis. ...I also learned opposing muscle massage after 10 years of being a massage therapist. You confirming my theories is so rewarding

This is the first I heard of working from the top versus the bottom of the foot. I must say, after 2 years of doing physical therapy on my foot, only my right foot no longer had pain but my left foot still hurts. After watching your video and applying your techniques, my left felt so relive! Thank you for sharing this!

Dr. Berg, THANK YOU! I tried YOUR technique and IT WORKS!!! I wear high heels and for last month or so I have had severe soreness and PAIN in my feet, knees and hips. I thought I would have to have surgery. This IMMEDIATELY WORKED!!! I am goung out FOR calcium magnesium!!!

Thank you for acknowledging cramping! So much flat foot advice is just for pain, which is different than cramps.

Hilariously once I went to Banff, Canada to study with a famous pianist/teacher and he told me some of my problems in my piano technique had to do with my shoulder blades sticking out (understandable), but also because of my flat feet! All I can figure is that those of us with flat feet always feel 'less than' and he always incorporated human psychology into his teaching.

wow, this exercise was savior... I literally googled umpteen times, and did all kinds of stretches.. this works wonders. I have severe plantar fascitis on my right leg ( started with my left leg - kind of now ok )

I have flat feet and toe/foot/calf cramps at night. Tried cal mag and homeopathic which worked for a while, now I have scrip for quinine, seems to help, but I'm definitely going to try this massage! Thanks for these videos!

I've found that shifting my ankles outward when I'm standing has corrected my flat feet . I learned it in yoga.

A lot of times I'll stand in a reverse tippy toe one foot at a time and bear some weight with the top of my toes curled under my foot (best after a shower).  Now I know why that feels so good.  The orthotic that worked best for me is the older blue Walk Fit Orthotics not the newer gray ones.  The older ones raise the middle of the foot like you're standing on a golf ball.  Took me no time to get used to it because I really needed the relief.  I think it has really corrected a lot of my foot problems.  I also had a lot of lower back problems until I stretched out my calf muscles every day when I got out of the shower.
