How does the Defendant not realize that being 2 months past due is really, really bad for her aunt's credit? She has no concept of keeping current with credit/car payments. The aunt's biggest mistake was not checking the payments online from the beginning. I hope the niece realizes the damage she's done to their relationship, I somehow doubt it though😢.

Defendant is mad because she feels she was paying on something she couldn’t use but did use without payment. She has no conscience and only feels she was wronged because she has nothing for what she paid, basically she just doesn’t get it !

Why didn’t her parents didn’t co-sign for her? Red flag. I don’t know why young people who have no credit want to finance cars. Save a few bucks and get a used one. No payments to make.

I’ve almost always paid my bills on time. In my last 10 years of owing bills, I’ve maybe missed three payments on certain things. I was worried sick when it happened. It was due to my reckless spending. It’s bad. No bueno. I learned a lesson and I always pay on time.
