I really dont get how the daughter paid for the car even after it was wrecked, but the mother never signed it over to her after it was paid in full then still expect the daughter to get the car out of storage despite not being the title holder.

It is true you may not drive after a C-section for 6-8 weeks. The solution is NOT to have someone with no license drive you. Assuming your boyfriend is the child's father he had 9 months to get a license in preparation for his child. Doesn't matter that they couldn't predict the C-section ahead of time. You'd think any young man would want the legal ability to transport his own partner and child.
