I'm so confused... She got with a man that has children and is suing for caring for them... in their... own home? It's not as if the mother was dropping them off at the girlfriend's separate home. She lives with a man that had full custody of his children. Why on earth would their mother owe her for childcare costs? 😩

I looked after my ex’s kids. Picked them up from school, help with homework, give them a bath. It never occurred to me to be paid for it. If that was the case I would have said no. Also if I’m paying a nanny to watch my kids I would be upset if she was also watching other kids at the same time unless she cleared it with me.

The boyfriend is smart. He knew he’ll need a Nanny to watch his kids, but didn’t want to pay for the services so he dated one! 😂

the case seems absurd but i kinda see what happened. The mother and father were supposed to have split 50%-50% custody, so no child support is ordered. but then the father was asked to have 100% custody by the mother, and it doesn't seem like she started paying him child support after that. the girlfriend thinks since she was watching them in her mind "for the mother", the mother owes her, but really the father should probably be suing for child support. But maybe there's more to it in the next part!
