I really love the little/no makeup habit. I used to always hide behind a ton of makeup to hide my insecurities. But I’m glad that I learned it’s okay to not look perfect and to accept ourselves the way we are.

I completely agree when the house is clean you feel less stressed!! At night I often get lazy bur force mnyself to clean the kitchen so I wont be stressed the next day! 💖 I am so bad about being on social media a lot! It’s definitely hard when you do youtube 🤪 But I try to separate social media “work” vs just scrolling. Love the idea of starting off your day with gratitude!! Exercise has changed my life!! 🙌🏻 Loved hearing the habits that has helped you!! 💖

Yes to getting those dishes out the sink right away lol. If anything is in there, everything gets delayed lol. It starts right at the sink xx

I also don’t wear make up quite often only when i feel like wearing but only very light touch. I’m mostly bare face. You can also choose make up which is mostly made of natural ingredients. I love living simple life, being peaceful and grateful for everything. Thanks for sharing this.

I absolutely love your 10 habits! The two that resonated most that I don't yet have in place is reducing social media purposely and ensuring dishes are done before we go to sleep. You are SO right that when I wake up, it would be so much of a cleaner slate and feeling if the dishes were done already. I am the same with my dishes and a clean counter before bed. I love waking up to everything so nice and clean. I also have recently increased my water intake and I can tell the difference in my body. Great video queen.

I have teenaged sons who are up all night. Their schedules are completely opposite of mine (my oldest is an astronomer and astrophotographer). So when I wake up in the morning there is always a pile of dirty dishes waiting for me. (They used to do the dishes themselves but the noise woke me up so I asked them to just leave them for me to do.) So I start my day off by cleaning my kitchen. I don't mind it at all because I changed my mindset about it. Instead of being irritated by having to clean first thing in the morning, now I am grateful that my children are happy and safe at home, have full stomachs, and are peacefully sleeping and healthy in their beds. Sometimes a mindset switch is all you need to tackle a project. And it helps that we have a minimal amount of dishes so the task gets completed really quickly!

Many of these habits resonate with me SO much. My head is already a clutter lmao so my surroundings & living need to be as clutter-free as possible

There is so many of these that I haven’t thought of that I need too reduce for example the use of social media! But not stop completely just not as much as I do now! Awesome habits!
