Preparing meals ahead of time saves SO much time. We usually have boiled eggs and scrambled hamburger in the refrigerator for quick breakfasts and lunches. We will also make a large pot of soup to eat on for a few days.

Nice one Tanya. We try to meal prep chic peas, lentils and steamed veggies so we have healthy snacks instead of Dill Pickle chips!
