You can’t put a price tags on safety of our sailors unless they going to VA😂

I love how the reporter's wardrobe matches every branch she interviews.

As a former Navy sailor, I have so much respect for these sailors! The U.S Navy is on top of their game! Extremely well trained, I was always impressed by the way my ship was commanded! No fooling around!

That’s $400 million in just missiles, not to mention fuel, supplies, wages, jet fuel, and all the tail end requirements.

The World Forgets... There was once a military service branch, 144, 970 strong, disbanded after WWII, dedicated to the protection of our Convoys, and the Sea Lanes from concentrated German Surface, air and under sea attack. It was called The Naval Armed Guard...

I have worked with the Navy for a long time and had the pleasure of going aboard the USS John C. Stennis and the USS Harry S Truman about 20 years ago. I boggles my mind how any nation or bad actor would have the stones to try to go toe to toe against us; it's a losing proposition. Go Navy!

Im really glad our military learned NOT to underestimate our enemies. You can tell these officers take the Houthi threat very seriously.

The biggest impact of this shipping route is to Europe, but USA is involved the most. Are you kidding me?

This wouldn't be the first war we got into over commercial shipping 😉

I hadn't heard that a USN ship used its CIWS to shoot down a missile. That is scary. That technology is 40 years old. We had it on the Carl Vinson in the mid eighties. I pray for their success and safety but worry we are not state of the art. And 4 million dollar missles shooting down $10k drones. That is a mismatch that can't continue forever.
