Genuinely, this is what helped me get over the feeling that I'm not actually good enough or deserving of any of my qualifications. Finding a way to convince yourself that making everyone _think_ you're good enough is sufficient. You have no idea what you're doing, but why let that stop you?

When my therapist told me “you probably have imposter syndrome” I struggled to not laugh because the first thing that came to mind was among us. There was an awkward silence right after she said it and I laugh when I’m uncomfortable so it made it so much worse kill me 💀
