I applied this theory (after reading your book Dan) to hiring a 12 year old to shovel for the winter season. He didn’t shovel “perfectly” but I remembered this lesson from you that 80% done by someone else is 100% awesome and that helped me be grateful that I was getting that time back for myself and he got the job done well enough for me to get my car out of the driveway safely and walk on the sidewalk. Love your perspective on so many things! Thanks ❤

Yes. If my husband, who is better at decluttering, would just do it..he'd be happier and I would too lol. When I wasn't working outside the home, his expectations were fine. Me, now home sometimes less than he, is not good expectations

That’s not a very practical mindset to have when politics are involved; some jobs can’t afford to have bad apples 🍏 i.e. cops and pilots ✈️
