Important skill to remember defending yourself after evert attack, people rarely realise they have been stabbed, and they rarely ragdoll or die instantly. The most likely time you will recieve a fatal blow is when your sword is stuck in your opponents chest and they have a clear shot to swing at you before their final breath.

Key to winning a fight - loose weight and be nimble and increase your stamina - then practice technique - being nimble and fit is most important - technique is irrelevant if your not able to fight all-out for more than 60 seconds. If you've sparred before you know how quickly you get gassed when going all-out, and how ineffective you are when exhausted.

I believe the way you move your legs and feet is way better than anybody else’s, it’s 100% in harmony with your upper body movements.I think many focus more on how to deliver strikes and how to move the upper body and forget how the sword should be the extension of a whole body in movement. You are really skilled.

As a nonexpert, here's something beautiful about how short and simple this is because it deprives you of any sense of where this fighting style came from (at least, if you don't look at the channel name and can't tell that it's a longsword). It's almost alien, some Dune shit

Something about this gives me chills. Maybe it's the Tolkien I read as a kid or the Dark Souls I played as a teenager. Maybe it's the DnD I play now. Human and sword is a great combination.
