They should make it that when you use sandevistan, Smasher uses his at the same time.
Fighting him while the normal dudes are all in slow motion.
(If you have legendary sandevistan, then maybe you have an advantage or something)

V’s cyberpsychosis is just Johny so he can technically just add as much tech to his body without ever going completely crazy but he will lose his identity.

I think if you use the sandevistan against smasher, everything should be slow but smasher and V move at the same speed. Like how in Dishonored when you freeze time against Daud everything is frozen except for Daud and Corvo since they both posses those abilities.

With the mass amount of people who want Adam Smasher to be buffed a godly amount since watching edgerunners, I wouldn't be surprised if CDPR makes Smasher a badass in the next update.

I mean, aside from Smasher canonically being able to match David's speed with his own Sandevistan Mk 4, doesn't this canonically mean the cyberskeleton actually made David weaker in 1v1 given that it crippled him in the latter half of the fight once Smasher removed the anti-grav that made it possible for the skeleton to even move?
I mean, clearly it's superior for taking on literal hundreds of enemies and vehicles, but it has a glaring weakness against a singular well-built opponent.

Smasher has a Sandevistan as well, a "rudimentary implant", but he probs forgot bout it when fighting V.

In game he is agile as a sack of potatoes and, looks like, same smart. According lore, he spent more than 70 years in battles, modified whole body for war and definitely should fight far better
