This is how Powerful V really is in Cyberpunk 2077

This is the build if you want to try it out:

Reflexes Level 20
Blade Perks: Literally every single perk there is for blades

Cool Level 20:
Ninjutsu: Perks you will need in Ninjutsu is Silent and Deadly, Crouching Tiger, Strike from the Shadows, Dagger Dealer, Assassin, Jeepers Creepers, Cheat Death, Hidden Dragon, Leg Up, Ghost, From the Shadows, Hasty Retreat, and Critical Antidote

Cold Blood: Perks you will need in Cold Blood is Cold Blood, Will to Survive, Coolalugant, Cold and Calculating, Pain is an Illusion, Rapid Bloodflow, Critical Condition, Predator, Immunity, Coldest Blood and Blood Swell.

For the unspent Attribute/Perk points, i put them into Assault Perk Tree and Body Attribute but this was my personal opinion. You can put the unspent points anywhere you like. I suggest leveling up your technical ability attribute to level 18 so you can craft legendary items.

Cyberware--

Frontal Cortex: Heal on Kill (Legendary), and Mechatronic Core (Rare)

Ocular System: Kiroshi Optics MK.3 (Epic) The Ocular system really doesn't matter unless you're putting your unspent points in Assault or Pistols

Circulatory System: Micro-Generator (Epic), Adrenaline Booster (Uncommon), Syn-Lungs (Uncommon)

Immune System: Shock-N-Awe (Legendary), Metabolic Editor (Epic)

Nervous System: Kerenzikov ( Legendary), Nano relays (Epic)

Integumentary System: Subdermal Armor (Legendary) Optical Camo (Legendary) Heat Converter (Epic)

Legs: Reinforces Tendons (Rare)

Arms: Mantis Blades (Legendary)

Skeleton: Titanium Bones (Uncommon) Microrotors (Legendary)

Hands: Ballistic Coprocessor (Epic)

Operating System: Qiant Sandevistan MK.4 (Legendary), Tip: If you wanna have 2 sec cool down for the sandevistan, get your technical ability to level 18 and your crafting ability to level 18 and buy the Arasaka Heatsink crafting recipe and craft 3 legendary versions of them and equip them all on the Sandevistan, Boom, best sandevistan in the game. Its on possible to do this on the Qiant MK.4 and btw, DO NOT PUNCH FINGERS IN THAT ONE SIDE MISSION, IF YOU DO HE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE QIANT MK4 and a whole bunch of other cool shit.

You forgot the part where it all happens within 0.86 seconds and V is also invisible as well so there is 0 chance of being spotted. Pretty much like V gets out of car, everyone simultaneously dies and V gets right back into the car. All before the person on the sidewalk finishes their next stride.

Best part is that this is pretty accurate. No matter how you portray it, V is just such an efficient solo that no one truly knows what they look like so all they have is just telling stories about this monster merc wiping entire compounds and then ghosting to a point where everyone interprets them a different way. That's how I consider the character creation anyway

It's crazy how without Sandevistan, V wouldn't be much less inconvenienced. Just look at how fast some of the non-sanded kills were. Almost on par with Sandevistan.

People don't think about how powerful V actually is.
Adam Smasher went up against Morgan Blackhand who is the most powerful and skilled Merc in Cyberpunk. And it was a tie. V destroys Smasher. Not to mention the fact V can have multiple military grade implants and not show any signs of cybersychosis. Meaning he has a higher cyberware compatibility than David Martinez from EdgeRunners.
