Hi Julian, the fever is gone and I am recovering. Great compilation and I'll tell you, after listening to it quite a few times, Poppa Joe amused me too, as it must have amused Brian & Co. I discovered by chance a nice video, a shot for a German programme in 1972 (A Gogo if I understand correctly) where, more than musicians, they sound like comedians. The interviewer obviously speaks to them in German, introduces them as an English band and asks them, I think, something about the single. Steve and all the others point their fingers at Brian who replies as if they had asked him something in Aramaic🤔: "Funny funny, 'cause It makes lots of money", Steve and Andy then hum something...Mick no, very tall, seems to be keeping an eye on his younger brothers: in order Steve who looks like Brian's little redheaded sister, then Brian, barely taller than him and then Andy, just a fingernail taller than Brian. So they sing. Brian mimes the song and laughs, Steve laughs the whole time too. Then Brian attempts for the first time the famous "Retiarius move": the throwing of the microphone wire towards Andy, who, like a good Secutor, avoids being enveloped. Hilarious! Brian had to perfect the throw🤪🤣

good evening julian, poppa joe, sacramento and everyday makes me smile on these cold and rainy days…hope spring isnt so far away..like the air that i breathe too a; classic from 1974….on of my favorites in this period.and in my charts ..wasn’t it written from albert hammond ?..have a nice evening..from the constancelake…
