Game Theory: Minecraft, STOP Punching Trees!

There are a ton of interesting things in Minecraft, but one that stands out to me is the fact that to cut down a tree you PUNCH IT! You punch a tree! How does Steve not break his hand? Loyal Theorists, I want to find out if you can really cut down a tree with only your FISTS and not injure yourself... too bad. Don't try this at home Theorists, let me do it for you!

Realize that Steve punches the wood in 3 seconds. There are about 20 minutes in a Minecraft day. Meaning there is 1, 200 seconds in a Minecraft day. 1 Minecraft hour is about 50 seconds. 1 Minecaft minute is about 0.83 seconds. 1 Minecraft second would be about 0.0138 seconds.

3 seconds in real life is equal to 3.61 Minecraft minutes. Punching one block of wood is basically taking him 3.61 minutes. No one wants to wait 3.61 minutes in real life that long for one block of wood in game!

Steve: is sooo strong that he can destroy a tree. He can also carry VERY heavy things in his inventory while travelling.

I was thinking "Cocoa beans grow on jungle trees. Doesn't that mean they're cacao trees?" Then I remembered that oak trees in Minecraft produce apples, so that's not really the most reliable indicator.
