This video is a 15-minute guided journey through the body - led by Tine Steiß - a certified MBSR and meditation teacher. The bodyscan is a core practise in Mindfulness and MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction).
We practise gathering our scattered minds into the body's sensations as we become aware of the sensations that are already there. With kindness, we recognize the sensations in different parts of the body and then let go to and focus on another part of the body. This practice helps us befriend our body and grounds us in the present moment.
