I liked how you showed the improper form first and followed it with an explanation of what a lot of people seemed to do wrong. Then you proceeded to show how to correct that mistake and ease into the proper form which was a noticeable difference for me. As when I bent over for the row initially getting into that positioned was a bit rugged. However after watching you ease into the proper form it showed a pretty big difference when I attempted it and it was significantly easier to perform.
