2. HIRATA ESTATE - LAKE - Pot Noble, costs 7 treasure Carp Scales, these can be found in any body of water. They're not hard to kill if you dash in the water and attack.

3. FOUNTAINHEAD PALACE - PALACE ENTRANCE - Pot Noble, costs 12 treasure Carp Scales, FOUNRTAINHEAD PALACE has 19 treasure carp scales, so there's a lot.

For those seeking the answer... It takes 5 skill points to level up attack power using the mask.

With the right farming spot, and having saved your skill points most of the game (seeing as a lot of the skills really arent very good) you can have a huge advantage against some of the endgame bosses. Facing isshin with 12 ap vs say 17 is huge.

Its useless as a very little difference that you can't even feel.
Xp farming in this game is hell of Problem.
So just go with a flow

My advice, if you want it, don't use this too much.... like I did. I was struggling so decided to take a Soulsbourne approach.... and grind.

I added 10 to my attack power but I'm not OP, the game isn't much eaiser.

The other side effect is skill points now cost me 100+k, so unlocking those last few skills for the trophy/acheivment will be chore. I will need to go to NG++ or beyond to earn enough XP.

Better not Upgeade anything into Strength after you reached 20. If you oversize your strength then the Enemies wil be more difficult especially the Bosses yeah even the Mini Bosses become a Problem. So DONT invest more into Strength.

I somehow manage to find the last piece of the mask without meeting the pot noble at fountainhead palace, when I found him is dead. But I totally forgot where I found the last piece, could be a drop from a boss, but it’s endgame area

Only use the mask after you get all the skills.

I feel the mask is useless.... The damage rate is barely any difference..

Forgot how to tell one important thing to head in the right direction of the chase, which ability I need to save my skill points to get the underwater swimming skill?

Don’t spend points on the mask just get skills its faster anyways to farm memories than to farm 5 levels

Actually its a waste of time to get that mask becasue of 2 thing
1-you are going to need to use them for aquiring skills
2-its to hard to get 5 skill points espisially in the end of the game where one skill point need 20k+ expireince
So waste your money and scales for another thing
