Sekiro Shadows Die Twice HOW TO FARM ATTACK POWER (WHERE TO GET DANCING DRAGON MASK)

In order to change skill points for attack power you must get the Dancing Dragon Mask, this mask is divided into 3 parts.
You will need a total of 5000 Sen and 19 Scales to buy all 3!

Please note: if you intend on obtaining all skills, whether you want the trophy (i believe thats a trophy) or youre just a completionist like myself, you may want to do that before using the mask as it does take 5 skill points to increase 1 attack power. And trust me, when you get to ng+ youll already be plenty powerful (and knowledgable) to blast through just about everything with ease. Especially since, though you may not receive additional prayer beads (though you are still able to get any of them you missed in first playthrough), you will still get memories from the major bosses. So you can take your time on gaining attack power.

If your trying to acquire all skills I would advice you not to use the mask. I have not used it and one skill level requires 60k+ XP. If you use the mask early on your only going to have to grind a lot more later on. Besides, the memory’s you get are more than enough to increase attack power adequately. I am on NG+3 and I feel like I do enough damage to get by. Besides if your overpowering yourself your not really having fun changing blows with each opponent.

If u don't spend any skill points on any skill tress the amount of xp u need will not go up

Just want to fix your “pot noble” mistake, although I thought the same at first, but he turns into a fish that is right below his pot and you can still trade with him.

The pot noble actually doesn't die and is just below the cliff of his pot
Edit: My bad, it seems that if I don't use the bait from the pot noble in fountainhead he really does die

One problem, no matter how much i spent on converting my attack power still remains at 3

dragon mask will only boost your attack power to 98, you will need to use a memory to increase to 99 which is the cap

it's glitched at 98, but you can get 99 if you hold onto a prayer bead until lvl 98

without this what is the maximum upgrade of attack power with only beating bosses ?
i am fighting father owl with 11 attack power and 20 vitality.

Do big bosses become more powerful as you level up? Cos I heard if you grind attack power, the real bosses become stronger, I hope it's not true, cos then it'd be pointless to grind attack power, but I'm on NG+3 with 55 attack power and Saint Sword Ishin and even Genichiro seem stronger than they were supposed to.

well veteran here..xd..ngl i had my attack power done till 50..dont wanna recall the amount of grinding i did day and night 2 yrs ago when the game initially came out..i rarely used to fight boss and stuff .. just grind all day ..back then someone said to me to increase my attack power, so am a type of guy who does all side missions before the main mission in an open wrld game..xd..so here i am ..after grinding for the masks for about 2 months after i bought the game.. made my attack power upto 50..ngl mate .. the game becomes much easier ..soooo much ...that attack power mixed with good pArry and reflex...u will feel like the boss in the game..and by the time when i farmed for masks i killed thousands of enemies so had tons of skill points to spend..spent the stuff on some preety good skills..a tip dont spend on temple techniques..fkin useless..high monk is useful gives a huge damage, breaking posture of enemies but the animation time is long..cant use against bosses at all .. so now the experiece of becoming a demi god..xd..u can kill literally every enemy except bosses and mini bosses or u can say break posture of them in 3 to 4 hits .. instant kill u cud say...so when u r surrounded by enemies..just leave, leave stealth under the bridge..lmao...just run like a maniac into the crowd and head on charge ..and be a bit cautious when there is giant ..thats all...u will be a slaughtering machine...and yeah a small tip..sometimes those red scales may respawn, even after u loot it...idk why ..most probably it was a glitch when the game initially released..how to use it..or how i used to..these red scales were often found underwater..so when u dive kill every fish except one of em..make urself detectable by the last fish..let him follow u and u must swim near the treasure pouches across all of them and then come outta water still keeping urself detected, now go to the nearest sculpture..just sit down and get up..dont interact with it..like resting and stuff..then come near the same pond and make urself detected before u jump into the water..then in u go.. kill the fish and loot the pouch ..look around changing ur angle of view..then loot the same pouch again..the ones that have scales and money pouches got this glitch..not every underwater loot..and for info almost every damn lake out there has 3 to 4 fish..guranteed// sorta abused that glitch..but it doesn't work anymore .. and an important thing for beginners u can explore this game anyway u want ..u can roam the most of the map before the game's storyline even takes u to it except for some locations like boss regions..or inner sanctums or kuro room in the castle and stuff .. yeah i know 98 is the limit for masks attack power upgrade but am human afterall..yeah i know this can be annoying..cause that skill point stuff..is preety useless after a certain lvl since upgrading gives u very less buff..but u will be satisfied after the final results..so never had the patience to go for 98 nor did the game allow me cause there are regions which can be unlocked only after u defeat a boss.. mind it.. some glitches can be life saving..maybe software added those glitches intentionally to show u wut an easy mode sekiro is like but rarely players know about it..but today on this date of 2022..those glitches dont work anymore..so good luck. . . try my trick if possible, i was lucky to a certain point afterall ...patience is virtue . .git gud fellow soldiers, patience..PATIENCE
