Hi everybody and welcome back to my Kitchen!
It is a new year and we all want to make the best of it!
Looking after our health is one sure way to make sure that we place ourselves in the best position to tackle whatever the year may have for us and achieve all our (dare I say it!) reasolutions.
I will be sharing with you 9 different recipes, 3 breakfast, 3 lunches and 3 dinner healthy meals with a focus on increasing protein content, something you can meal prep as well as making them easy to transport in case you need to take them to the office with you.
Our first recipe is some homemade Instant Noodles, a very fun and super quick recipe that I love! They have become a bit of an obsession and is something I look forward to eating every time!

Ingredients per jar:
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
Pinch Pepper
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
100g Shredded Chicken Breast
25g Carrots (very thinly sliced)
25g Peas
25g Baby Leaf Spinach
Coriander
50g Rice vermicelli noodles
1/2 Stock Pot
