Показать описание
TabataSongs creates music that matches the exact timing of the Tabata Interval: 20 Second sprint/work, 10 second rest, for 4 straight minutes. Dips, jumps, pushups, sprints, etc can all be used as well as kettle bells, dumbells and other workout equipment. Put the music on your ipod, choose your workout, and let the music be your coach. Any time, anywhere...
What is Tabata? 20 Seconds of work, 10 second rest, for FOUR straight minutes. Tabata music gives you the ability to focus on your workout, instead of needing to stare at a timer or your wristwatch.
The Tabata Protocol originated in 1996 when Japanese fitness researcher, Dr Izumi Tabata, set up an HIIT (high intensity interval training) experiment, using this very interval with professional speed skaters. Dr Tabata found the tabata protocol to draw heavily from both the anaerobic and aerobic systems, unlike most workouts which tend to focus on either one or the other.
The Tabata Interval has gained a lot of recognition through the Crossfit world, the running world, and fitness clubs internationally.
What is Crossfit? Crossfit is a particular workout regimen created by Greg Glassman. The regimen follows daily WOD (workout of the day) posts on the Crossfit website. Tabata is often implemented in the daily workouts.
