How to Fix Can't Pull Down Notification Bar! [Drop Down Menu]

I've tried all 3 ways to stop my pull-down from doing it's own thing and changing my brightness, rotate. But someone or something keeps doing this even when I run apps or make phone calls. PLEASE HELP PLEASE

Thank you so much! I didn't have a big problem with it until one of my alarms went off and I couldn't stop it. I literally had to go onto my clock app, delete my alarm and then undo the deletion. So I got highly annoyed with it and I restarted my phone! AND NOW IT WORKS! Thank you!

It doesnt work 😔 the panel only shows 4 things (wifi, hotspot, Bluetooth and volume) the other ones are gone cannot get it by pulling the screen down also there isn't any settings when i pull it down

For me I have a problem whenever my phone is horizontal. If my screen and phone are on its side I can slide down and see the notifications panel but that's it. I cannot drop it down more and see the quick settings panel thing. How do I fix this? I've tried restarting my phone and a bunch of other stuff but nothing's happening

For me it was that I was using Androids new version of the control center. Then, swiping down on the left side of the screen will open notifications, while swiping down on the right side will open your control center.

Thanks for the info mate. I didn't need the pull down menu much but I use my tablet as my PCs WiFi, it was a quick way to get onto the settings to turn tethering on. Old tablet, more of an inconvenience really

I can pull down my notification panel. From lock screen and home screen. But from opened apps like Facebook, tiktok, I cant. I'll have to go exit the app before I can pull down my notification. Can anyone help?

My problem is I can see I have notifications but can't see from which app is it or swipe it to clear my notifications bar. So my notifications bar on top is all full of notifications because I can't clear them.
