For those who wonder: I did 26 chest to bar while Gabo was explaining... just kidding, I didn’t count it 😄

Turned out a great video, brother! I enjoyed the whole process even it was a whole new situation for me. Thanks for having me! 🙏

I just started doing these methods a couple weeks ago, and wow is it a big difference, learning that humility and taking the small steps seriously achieves far greater results 🙏

Its is always good to check on tips to incorporate them on trainings. Often times we fall into poor habits of ego lifting and this videos can bring us back to what we should be doing in order to progress strongly. Many thanks!

Much respect to you GABO you make it look easy but YOU'RE MADE STRONG AND FLEXIBLE WHICH IS UNDERRATED WITHIN CALISTHENICS

Great tips! If anyone have still issues with the movement. You can try to do an exercise with a stick or on the pull up bar with a chair just change the angle of your arms and squeeze them on the top part. The feeling of pulls up(neck level) vs pulls up (chest level) will feel really different, do it a couple times and let the brain memorize it, it will come more naturally after a while. Especially the shoulder and triceps involvement feels totally different.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this video is edited and scripted. Helpful and time-respecting the whole way. Thank you!

Great video with very good advice.
One important thing too is hand placement. People always told me to have a wide grip since I have long arms.
The problem is that with a wide grip my range of motion was limited by my scapula touching each other.
Switching to a narrower grip definitely made things better since my range of motion wasn't limited anymore.

Saturno! I achieved chest to bar recently after ring rows, rows under my dip bars, and low rep explosive pull up practice. Trying to get my first muscle up- probably just need to get a band and do a few. Thanks for another solid video 💪
