Guys, if ur foreskin is hard to retract it’s NOT necessary for surgery, I had this problem a couple months ago at age 16 and I was scared too. U gotta have the courage to speak up and tell ur parents even if it doesn’t sound right, they won’t care and will listen trust me. What I recommend is going to the doctor and getting the ointment cream they suggest. Also applying Organic coconut oil helps ALOT. I did it while showering with warm water and pulled it back slowly and slowly with the oil. Then applied the ointment cream after showering and pulled it back as far as I can. Eventually I was able to pull it back all the way. Yes it will hurt at first, but it takes some courage to get it done so don’t be scared! Do this for as long as u need and u will see results. I was so close from telling my doctor to get me circumcised bc of all the ppl saying it’s better here and that but what they don’t tell u is the side affects it brings. I thank my mom a lot for supporting me. Hopes this helps and gets to anyone that needs help

Yeah I’m 21 and I can’t pull my foreskin down at all, it’s always been at the very tip, I’ve had this all my life.

I had this problem, when I went for a medical the doctor made a small incision in my foreskin so it could be pulled back that is where it has stayed
all these years. I have not had any further problems. Your videos are always so interesting thank you for making them. Xx

I tried explaining this to my kids when they were younger about 7 and 9 but was highly awkward in some ways. Found out that the best way ti show them was by placing a sock over my hand and rolling it up to look like the foreskin area. It was a practical way to show them how to clean that area. I did not know if this until I was 17!?! Wish someone explained it to me when I was a kid.

I've restored my foreskin via tugging methods, so I can attest that the principle of skin expansion works. As in, if a foreskin is tight, entirely possible to grow it to be less tight. No need to amputate.

I was diagnosed with phimosis at the age of 10, and was given an overly aggressive circumcision, which took most of my penile skin, resulting in a lifetime of painful erections, skin tears, bleeding, and scarring. I’m 61 years old now. I wish we would’ve tried other treatments for the phimosis in 1972. After the surgery, I was shocked how bruised it looked and was in much pain for a long time as the sutures dissolved. I became a very insecure child and suffered from PTSD. I wish I was given a choice.

Im glad you credited forced retraction to causing phimosis later in life. So often I see parents of intact children who have recurrent infections and issues and when I ask, it turns out they've been forcibly retracting them to clean the whole time. The average age of retraction is actually 10 1/2, with a range of normal from toddler age to early adulthood. Inability to retract is not a medical emergency if there is no infection or other issue present.

I appreciate the education you share in every video you post.

One of the ways to reduce phimosis is simply to stretch the skin as often as possible.

I got rid of a severe Phimosis (1) used Nystatin-Triamcinolone 0.1% cream prescribed by a Urologist (2) used OTC anti-septic cream if skin becomes red, tender, & bloody (3) daily coconut oil & Ny-Tri cream as needed

Thanks Rena! :-) I believe it takes a lot of courage to speak about such things.

I am restoring my foreskin and have met others online who have successfully treated their phimosis be gently and gradually stretching the phimotic ring. The process involves cellular mitosis. There are actually kits that men I've talked to have used to gradually stretch the opening of their phimotic foreskins.

I am 20 and i didnt know that foreskin should go back behind the head until few days back. I never had any problem in urination or masturbation. In just few days of stretching and cleaning it in warn water, it is easily going behind the head and can be pulled back with some difficulty. I am sure circumcision won't be required

Maybe I was gifted. No circumscission, and no tight foreskin.

The global AVERAGE age at which an intact boy first sees his glans is 10.4 years. To suggest that childhood "physiological phimosis" resolve itself by 7 is to invite harmful unnecessary interventions.

Ah finally someone else in my boat in posts below. Never had infections or issues having to retract the uncircumsized skin and Ive found it kind of naturally goes down enough when it gets really warmed up during intimacy anyways. Im guessing the intense focused heat helps with the flexbility of the skin. Any comment on this, is it just that we are fortunate enough it works like this for us?
