1) You are not your thoughts or feelings - Thoughts and feelings come and go, but YOU remain!
2) My worth is not determined by how others treat me - this includes even if they're treating me poorly. My worth is always 100% intact because I am valuable, worthy, and deserving no matter what.
3) It's okay to feel uncomfortable - If we never felt uncomfortable it would mean we were comfortable all the time which means we'd be bored! Embrace feeling a little bit out of your comfort zone every day.

This is so true! For a long time, I struggled with comparing myself to others instead of focusing on my own progress. I can totally relate on a personal level & that's the reason it's easier for me to talk to others about this.. And the thing is, I didn't realize I was hindering my own progress by doing this.
Ironically, the "others" that we compare ourselves to not only have their own hurdles to overcome, but they didn't get to where they are by comparing themselves to others. Comparing ourselves to others is one of the many common self-sabotaging behaviors that manifest from deep-rooted battles with self-esteem...

Anyway, Great video! They're always very insightful!
