1. Aerobic training: Aerobic training improves pulmonary functions. Increasing the heart rate improves oxygen flow to the lungs and helps clear out the sinuses and the nasal cavity.
2. Nutrition: A diet rich in essential nutrients is a must for a healthy body. That does not mean only vegetables and fruits (like most people think), but also grains, legumes, pulses, nuts, seeds and animal products, if allowed.
