My parents dedicated me&my brother to christ the water burned as a child I was Wild & Free but also very Stupid. It led to a ton of different sins. But I always had a resilience and hope it was going to get better. As a mid-west kid I had gone to small town churches and a great grandmother who was extremely hurt by life and mental illness but she loved Jesus. A ton of dysfunctional family members even to this day. But as a child I was happy. I just never really had my own friends to share in this happiness and I started to realize not for the lack of trying nobody in my home town community to this day after 30years wanted to be my friend. I have only one friend I made and she has been a shining example of what a person can do in the Trades program, mind you she is just a friend and lives with her family and boyfriend in the west coast of this country and she even has a hard time with me. Before baptism I was fishing, skating, bikeing, hiking, living, watching movies playing video games and looking forward 👌 before i took God's name for granted didn't think much about it. Now I feel I over thinking this whole thing and it's like I bit more than I could chew when it comes to God. I took it apon myself to get baptism when I was in my 20s I took the towel and kept it, I got my vergin card revoked I landed in hot water in a housing situation gone wrong, got to shoot guns on the church men's retreat, have been taking Care of my disabled mother im burning out and my weight has got above 310lbs I have to pay in $200 to taxes this year im being pulled in many directions in need a technical college degree point blank period. I don't have a support group I could trust. I live alone. I'm sad. im frustrated. I'm running in circles. I'm burned out. I need a mentor. I need therapy but I don't have the time or money for it. I have questions about how faith and this church game work but I keep trying to wrap my mind around and I'm doing it wrong because anybody smart enough reading this can see I need help I feel mentally dull and I keep sounding like a crazy person to everyone 😅

Could we also have a Faith based exercise routine/sermon/short video of you guys at the gym doing one exercise with a voice over of a Bible meditation quote or experience with the struggle of getting that gym'n done.
