This is what is true and we must accept ...Thank you Simon for reminding that we are all here for each other, and just not for ourselves alone...

I want Simon to feel heard. He’s a powerful voice and inspiration to many. So it’s important to listen to his reasons for not reading Dissolving Illusions, the definitive research on the topic.
Repeating a blanket ‘safe and effective’ is the new flat earth. You’re simply not open and looking. Sure some people are even less informed and you can influence them. But those with clinical experience and understanding far beyond Simon’s know he went out of his pay grade on this one.

The last 5 minutes was the best part of this talk. It is what I love about my best friends and I'm guilty of not being more like them.

A very nice performance in story telling that’s useful and thought provoking without preaching or judgement. If I’d followed my lead and turned away the full message would not be heard. The art of listening is clearer than ever before in 30 minutes …lots of lessons learned. Many thanks for your service🌟

What a lovely message. I am sharing this with my book coaching clients. So many people need to feel heard. So many of my client wonder if anyone would ever want to hear their stories.

First learning:
You don’t understand business if you don’t understand people. We are human being and our survival starts from building trusting relationships. Be a giver not a taker.

A few pennies in a beggars cup = Legitimate commercial transaction "i am homeless and hungry" one will feel better for giving- BUT this is all about taking from people. It is all about the TAKER.
Change begging sign to "if you only give once a month please think of me next time" - this is about the GIVER not the TAKER- people want to give but do not know the boundaries. This gives a boundary - 5 fold increase in the giving.
it addresses key concerns of the GIVER - 1. I can't give to everyone, 2. How do I know you need it

Thank you for reminding that we can achieve what we believe because if we believe it we can achieve it if we work hard for it.

Wow here is how you make the terrible mistake of following the person in front of you before asking where he is going.

No I didn't miss the point, I don't underestimate the power of being heard but he unconsciously inforced his opinion on her which influenced her, he could of listened without the need to do that!
