Ginger + lemon tea is something I drink quite a lot. (Boil peeled ginger then add squeezed lemon)
Totally have been zesting the peel into it now too 😀still tastes great.
Although you probably need a French Press like me... to make sure the zest doesn't make it through when pouring your cup.

My parent's have a HUGE lemon tree and it produces them year round. I learned something new today friend...wow 10X??!! The lemon cake at Starbucks is delish and there is a knock off recipe that is almost identical (includes lemon zest).
