Javier was a good person, he only followed Dutch because he felt safe on his side, not because he wanted to betray Arthur, if Dutch was on Arthur's side then Javier would be on that side too

For those who don't know, Javier points his gun in the air because he has respect for Arthur Morgan and John, he doesn't like Micah Bell but supports Dutch because he is one of the most loyal members of the group, he says it in a side mission where he tells Arthur that Dutch must be trusted. Too bad it ended like this for him.
