It doesn't surprise me that everyone at Crossfit is on gear. Crossfit is mixing strength training with HIIT, with no focus on form or eccentrics, and no understanding of what "rest" means. Enduring that kind of high-injury risk exercise AND somehow building muscle is only possible on roids.
