The fish oil you are displaying is actually in the Ethyl Ester form. This form of fish oil is not the naturally existing form, It's in this form because of the purification process that you've explained. Higher quality oils are ones that have an added step here, where it would be reesterified after it has been purified to go back into triglyceride form as rTG. Omega-3s in Triglyceride form is what naturally exists in fish, this is proven to be more bioavailable to humans. This is the form of fish oil that you want to consume, not Ethyl Ester.
