I like how Obi-Wan is so confident that he gave up the high ground.

0:56 I still love how the droid behind gets his friends attention when Grievous prepares himself

1:02 I love how happy Kenobi is seeing four lightsabers ignite. It’s almost like he’s saying this is where the fun begins

0:26 when you think you’re gonna have a epic fight but you got crushed by a huge iron block 3 seconds later

When you say "Hello there." And she replies with "General Kenobi!", shes the one

I love the detail of General Grievous not even trying when he has 4 arms but as soon as he loses one he starts taking it a lot more seriously

General Grievous saying "Army or not... I don't think you realize, you are doomed" is one of the hardest foreshadowing quotes in cinema history.

General Grievous: "I've been trained in your Jedi arts by Count Dooku."

*Proceeds to try spinning because that's a good trick.

One of the cool details in this fight is when Grevious says "Attack Kenobi" He knows Obi Wans favoured style is almost solely focused on defense which focuses on frustrating your opponent and tiring them out. He was trying to goad Obi Wan into the offensive rather than have himself try to break his defence. Grevious made the first move though cause he realised Obi Wan wasn't falling for it

I think we all can agree this is one of the best scenes in this movie

The spinning sounds of the lightsabers will never not be satisfying

Crazy how almost 20 years ago and this is better than literally most of the live action lightsaber duels we've gotten ever since these movies.

Grievous moves so fast it’s honestly hard to tell at some points in this fight. This scene really shows just how good Obi Wan is at defense with how he breaks Grievous’ defense and blocks all the attacks Grievous throws at him while cutting him down.

I love the fact that obi wan dropped his robe because he knew there was a fight coming…. Very traditional…. Then as soon as grievous says he has jedi training he drops his robe

1:14 Really appreciate that brief puzzled look then quickly shifted to quickly analyzing and forming a strategy. Ewan McGregor nailed it as always.

Grievous: “I’ve been trained in your Jedi arts…by count dooku.”
Obi Wan: “I know. We’ve fought a bunch of times during the clone wars.”

1:02 Obi-Wan genuinely thinks "Finally, a worthy opponent"

I love the you are doomed line. Grievous knew what was about to go down. Low key warning obi wan. The Jedi were all too blind to see it
