Obi-wan would never turn to the Dark. He is so perfectly balanced in the light to ever go Darkside, and Dooku couldn't offer him anything that would even tempt him to do tht. If he could survive the rage and pain he endured at Qui-gon's death and not fall, Dooku would have no chance.

One, among many, things i love about the expanded universe is that Dukoo was shown as having a great respect for Obi-Wan. Actualy thinking of him as a grandson. So when Palpatine wanted to kill Kenobi and turn Anakin to the dark side in Revenge of the Sith, Dukoo said he would rather turn Obi-Wan to the dark side and kill Anakin. Having no respect for Anakin becuase he didn't see him as a "Human" because of his robotic arm.
