I like it. I would have added something from my personal head canon though. In order for Obi-wan to convince Anakin on mustafar I should've told him a long hidden secret, Anakin " just like that the shining light of the Jedi is willing to fall"
Obi-wan " I'm gonna tell u something I should've told you when you were my padawan, Anakin, I've used the darkside before. Did you really think I could've as Qui-gon's padawan beat a Sith lord alone, no Anakin when I was hanging on for life and maul taunted me about my masters death I snapped, I didn't even know how I killed him till I reviewed the security camera, no Ani the only thing I remembered was my promise to train you, I think we were destined to go down this path together since then".

What if Barriss offee was an inquisitor, I think it would be interesting to see how she interacts with Vader and possibly Ahsoka especially considering she was a good person who snapped after years of war

I wonder what Yoda thinks about this?
After all in this galaxy I imagine there is very little slavery. No crime syndicates of any note. No warfare other than minor insurrections with almost no public support.
Also now that Sidious is dead wouldn't Obi-Wan become Vader's apprentice in the Sith? Ooh, I wonder what name Vader would give him? Darth Negotious? Darth Duplisious? Darth Contemplatious? Darth Patience? Oh the possibilities!

My only problem is I cannot see Sidious essentially leaving Luke and Leah alone. They would shine with force potential. Also how would pademe know that Yoda still lived, yet still where he was?
Still pretty cool what if.
