How To Roast Bone Marrow

Making roasted bone marrow is so easy!! 🦴 It tastes delicious & it’s a true superfood. Here are a few tips for preparing it:

1. Always save the liquid fat leftover in the pan when roasting marrow bones (it’s basically liquid gold 🤍). You can use to dip your food in or cook with later!
2. Salt with @redmondrealsalt 🧂(salt makes everything taste better)!
3. After eating all the marrow, store the bones in a bag in the freezer to make bone broth with! 🦴☕️
4. There’s no right or wrong with cook times for marrow bones. Do some experimenting to see how you like it best! Shorter cook times will keep the marrow more solidified & longer cook times will start to liquify the marrow.

Love me some bone marrow! I can longer eat it cooked. I get so much heart burn from the fat but I can eat raw with no issues! Weird but still yummy!
