Move play-head to where you want your clip to be, Select desired clip, select timeline track, hit F9. Got it! Thank you Daniel!!!!

One question. If I have an edited clip in one timeline and I follow this advice, I end up inserting the whole "raw" media clip with no cuts. How can I tell davinci "I want you to only insert what I already edited". Thanks!
