Move Clips to the Right in DaVinci Resolve (Quick Tutorial)

Knowing how to move clips to the right in DaVinci Resolve is a really useful skill. It's something I've used probably a thousand times, as it's great to make room for other clips and get a better overview.

Using this method you are selecting all clips on the right-hand side of the timeline playhead. However, you can also select and move all the clips on the left-hand side which I will also show you.

Hi, thanks for the video, but i noticed in your video and when i am attempting on my Mac that the Command + Option + Y, it isn't only selecting the clips to the left. It also selects all clips/titles etc that are touching the line to the right, as can be seen at 35 seconds into your video. I found you can Deselect each of these by holding Command and left clicking each item with your mouse 🙂

command Y on my mac is selecting everything on the left... and adding the option is only selecting the one video track on the left...
