As an old old archer folks this is some really solid information. If you’re new to archery start out at a lower draw weight depending on your strength. 10 to 15 pounds UNDER what you eventually want to or can shoot will allow you to develop the best draw technique without damaging muscles. Even those in great shape can have problems because archery? muscles may not be in “ shape”. I’m betting 99% of new archers draw too much being macho which IS NOT relevant at the beginning. And don’t buy one of those stupid barrel tube designed releases. They won’t shorten up enough to set your finger over the trigger. I’ve never seen one in ANY video set short correctly.

Twisting up cables increases your drawlength. Twisting the string shortens it.

Pretty sure that you put twist into your string just Georgia drawing quick twist into the cables to Blink than the drawing by putting twist into your cable you're going to advance the cam even more

You've got bad info here, your cable explanation is incorrect and you don't adjust dl with a Dloop, only idiots on social media say that... they are 2 different things
