I don't often share shooting tips, as that is best left to archers who are far more knowledgeable than me. However, I have come up with one tip that I haven't seen anywhere else for right handed archers who are left eye dominant...and it can actually save you money.

Very funny Mr. Lucas. Finally got my special order Supra Focus XL in. Raining today so I modified my Carter insatiable 3's thumb trigger by making an extension plate. So looking forward to 2nd shoot. Thank You for your SF review., 🏹🤠👍

I'm left eye dominate and right handed. I've always shot both eyes open. So i learned how to shoot a bow left handed. It came pretty quickly since I shoot pistol right handed. So having the bow in my right hand while drawing with my left hand and sighting with my dominate eye felt like that's how I was supposed to be. It also helps that my right arm was in a cast for seven months as a teenager. So I had to learn to use my left for everything. Resulting in me being ambidextrous in everything except writing. Maybe I should just shoot right handed and close an eye. That never occurred to me as an option. That would make bow and equipment shopping SO much easier. It's a giant pain in the backside trying to track down shops with lefties that I can demo before buying.

I have the same issue with the RH, LE dom. Sucks. I'm also old enough to where even if I stopped shaving my head- to do a comb over from the back where I still can grow hair, would likely take me at least into the Nursing Home years.

Any tips for shooting with glasses? Maybe I just haven't picked glasses with thin enough frames but I can never see through my peep.

Hahaha. Honestly i have shot without a contact in my non shooting eye before. It works surprisingly well

Looks like cabin fever has attacked you from the looks of snow and crappy ass weather there. Take two fingers of quality scotch. a good cigar and a nice warm fire daily- it will cure your fever!!!
