Sir, If the domain is of the form of a circle then how can we find Max. And Min.

In the question at 15:50, we should've ignored y = π/2 entirely as it lies outside the region. Following this, my answer comes out to be that the absolute maxima is 4 at (2, 0) and the absolute minima is 3/√2 at (1, π/4), (3, π/4), (1, -π/4), (3, -π/4).
