► Things my patients have found helpful:
Please note that I get a lot of requests and questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions. The following is not meant to be an exhaustive or definitive list. Please use it as a starting point. If you have questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider. With that said, I have tried a number of the products below, but not all. I have included some based on positive feedback from many of my patients. As an Amazon Associate, Dr Peng earns from qualifying purchases. Thank you Dr. Peng! It has been a difficult 5 year ride for me, since in my case they spread from one muscle group to another. I am following all of your suggestsion and videos, and if not, I will travel to SFO to try to get in your schedule this summer!! Thank you for all of this great material!

Trigger points are so intuitive to me and we need more MDs supporting this notion. Many places in the USA consider trigger points to be bogus and lump it together with other medicinal practices that don't follow the western medical model.

Can’t shock wave therapy release trigger points? And then we can avoid all these other treatments. Seems like it would easier
