Hanumanasana or the Monkey Pose, is one of those "goal" poses in yoga. And I believe anyone can reach it if they work towards it consistently for some time. It might have take me several years, but the journey is the point here anyway.

This is the best! I didn't realize how sloppy, easy splits (flexibility in general) could actually be detrimental to the yoga practice. This is the first stabilizing-focused splits practice I have tried, and my joints already feel happier!

Thank you for such useful advice Lenka, I've been struggling with warrior three, but somehow made it to splits first... My balance has now improved!
