I am so glad someone on YouTube makes macro friendly meals that actually taste good. Definitely going to make these noodles!

Hey Ethan, I used to work at a Jimmy Johns. For some of our sandwiches, we were supposed to "pull the bread out" on the top half of our sandwich so we could stuff more veggies, etc into the sandwich. It also cut down on calories total by 120 calories. It also helped making sure my sandwich stayed together.

Love this type of content, I always felt that losing weight doesn’t = eating boring food, if anything it is a way to learn more skills and find new ingredients you never heard of. I love creating recipes that are delicious and healthy while also getting to use my creativity, to me it’s not boring at all. I think people are under the impression that a lot of the “healthier” options are flavorless trash, it’s really on us to create the flavor. I was at target the other day and ran to the produce area and picked up a head of cauliflower and thought “I can’t wait to see what amazing concoction I’m going to come up with tonight for dinner”, I wound up making “steaks” and made some farro (tbh, it wouldn’t have been my first choice in this situation) and butter beans I had left over, it was a very random but special meal, I felt full in a good way.

I have similar goals at the moment so this is awesome! Please make this a series moving forward as I am always struggling to think of quick and healthy (low calories, high satiety, high protein).

I don't just love how this is a cooking channel with replicable, down-to-earth (and smart as heck) cooking, but man, seeing someone make a meal on Youtube and actually DIG IN is satisfying as hell. You're one of the few Youtube Chefs that don't seem like they throw their stuff out after the shoot and that's just beautiful.

I want to point out to people that dismiss this due to the laughable cost of Vite Ramen, you can buy red lentil, chickpea, or other high protein noodles. They may not be "ramen", but they taste just as good if not better. Especially the red lentil noodles.

The massive bites that Ethan always takes never cease to crack me up.

As someone who struggles with a binge eating disorder and a toxic environment, yet is passionate for home cooking, I adore your videos for both the food science / reasoning you bring, and the exposure to healthier methods of cooking—and in a sense, a healthier way of looking at a diet. Seeing your healthy approach at other dishes would be a treat!

Super funny you mentioned the “really full” feeling you enjoy, I’m in the same boat! And I always just thought that’s how you’re supposed to feel after eating! Met my girlfriend a little over 9 years ago and found out she hates that feeling, so it triggered me to ask around and turns out, it isn’t a necessity to stuff yourself until being “full”. Its okay to put the fork down before you’re uncomfortable, is something I’ve got to remind myself of more often.

Love this type of stuff. Especially the convenience factor. It just adds to your options when you're not feeling like cooking so much, so you're more likely to stick to it. Would love more of this

Ethan: So I'm trying to eat both healthily and tasty
Adam ragusea: I make a giant pot of cauliflower and fish. Enough for me

The difference in people's ways of dealing with losing weight and diets is very interesting

Idk why but I swear I thought you were over 6 feet tall. As a fellow 5’6” person, this pleases me.

Yoghurt bowls have been a daily staple for me for years. So good. So healthy. Versatile. Any time of day. Amazing. Thanks for the recipes and good luck with the cut!

I watched this video shortly after it came out and have made the spicy turkey noodles almost every week since. I have yet to get tired of it and have added my own flare on it. I cut up half an onion before tossing the turkey in and used green onion near the end to add a little freshness. Thank you for what you do.

This is one of the first cooking channels I've come across that has easy recipes with a lot of ingredients that are fairly easy to get your hands on. I hardly ever feel like what I'm watching is too difficult to make.

Four years ago I took off 75 lbs. Here is how I kept it off, despite still loving to cook and eat. I made excercise a priority. I weigh myself every morning as a tool to "keep myself in reality. " And I eat mostly simple healthy food and watch my portion sizes.I eat my largest meal at lunch. Also I'm old, and female. Your videos are great!

I admire Mr. Chlebowski’s self-discipline and his practical problem-solving. I also appreciate his honesty and frankness.

I really liked the idea of adding oils later on to give it that similar mouth feel without having as much oils throughout the cooking. Grating the chocolate is also another cool idea

The potato masher for the chop meat was genius!

Also, you can substitute mayo with guacamole, mashed avocado or just avocado slices.
