As mei always block off exits behind your team to prevent a flank

For tanks, your gonna wanna be behind your team. The enemies take out the weaker targets, and since the tanks are in the back, thats where you kill them and move on!
For DPS, dont get the most damage on your team. Your teammates will feel bad that they cant deal the most damage, so make sure that you have the lowest damage to make your buddies happy!
And for healers, make sure your at the front facing back at your team. If they need healing, you can instantly give them some, providing the most use!
