2021 Slim Leg Series Playlist

My 2021 slim leg challenge is here and I want all of you guys to comment below if you're joining this HOT series! I'd like to know who is up for this CHALLENGE and getting prepared for SUMMER.

where I post what I eat in a day, diet tips and words of motivation to keep you going!

Working out right now may seem pointless, but with time, next thing you know, your body is beautifully toned, stronger and healthier. Ok guys I'm starting today until school ends (wish me luck🙈):
measures:
Upper thigh: 54.5 cm
Lower thight: 41 cm
FINAL MISURES: u.t: 50.5 cm; l.t: 37cm
Day 1: ✅ done, it was a bit difficult but I'm ok🙃
Day 2: ✅donee, still a bit difficult...i also did gloria's stretch routine :))
Day 3: ✅ done, I'm following the 4 weeks challenge programm but I added this workout
Day 4: ✅ donee, I feel like it's getting easier and I'm starting seeing my legs a bit slimmer 🙏🙏
Day 5: ✅ done! My mum asked me if I'm working out because she sees my legs a little slimmer😍😍
Day 6: ✅ done!
Day 7: ✅ done... So after an entire week here there are the results: Upper thigh= 52.5 cm, lower thigh: 38.5 cm!
Day 8: ✅ done :)
Day 9: ✅ done✌
Day 10: ✅ donee! I have to say that I'm quite prod of myself 😅💪
Day 11: ❌ i did PE at school
Day 12: ✅ done
Day 13: ✅ done (:
Day 14: ✅ donee... i have also done gloria's new leg work out
Day 15: ✅

ok guys, i've been doing this for a little while and i can tell this definetly helped me getting the results i wanted and i would reccomend this work out, hope everyone gets the results they want, lots of love :)

I did this for 4 days with the other videos and I lost 5cm on my legs in just 4 days that’s amazing but I’ll keep doing these workouts, they hurt but I feel rlly good after

to anyone who wants to start this workout: remember to do at least 10 mins of cardio plus a warm up before starting any exercise in this program! and i promise the results will be great. be consistent! you got this ✨

day 1: ✅
day 2: ✅(it BURNED.)
day 3: ✅
day 4: ✅ (the stretches..! 😩)
day 5: ✅ (felt better.)
day 6: ✅

week 2:

day 9: ❌ (skipped because i had to study for maths.)
day 10: ✅ (it was okay.)

okay guys this is a complete chaos. but i am keeping up this workout.

Hi guys!! So I've been doing this workout for about a week (still trying to be consistent and follow the schedule). My left thigh were about 52cm and right thigh 54cm. Now, my left thigh is 51cm and right thigh 53.5cm. Her workouts really work!!
-- I'm not on diet (I eat fries and burger for dinner sometimes and I drink ice blended chocolate once or twice a week)--
I've really packed schedule since it's my final year in secondary school. Her workouts are quick and effective. Do add in abit of cardio like 10mins jump rope after strength training to burn fat. Get enough sleep and rest. Remember to take one or two rest days as well. ❤️❤️

Left thigh: 49.3cm
Right thigh: 51cm
( I did abs and Lauren Giraldo's walking routine too, I do HIIT running or jump rope twice a week)
Rest when your muscles are sore. I found out that by doing so my muscles actually grew stronger over time.
