Thank you for the great information. Try to stay away from Instant Oatmeal as the oats are refined and it contains a lot of sugar. If you have the time make a batch of regular oatmeal and it will keep for a few days in the fridge. You can add cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, almonds, ground flaxseed, some dried fruit like cranberries. I add a few dashes of turmeric. You can place the mixture in an 8x8” pan and cut off squares for breakfast. Warm up in microwave for about 2 min. Very easy and tasty❤️

Thanks so much! Have been on BP meds for 6 years and my potassium has dropped. I am allergic to bananas so I am grateful for all the alternatives you gave today!
