Our courts are a joke. They are torturing this family all over again. There's no way this guy should be out on bond.

Well, if this perp decided to act a fool or threaten the family while on bond, the victim's family would be justified in using deadly force! That dude is a total POS!!

I would walk those two blocks away and handle it. Nobody is going to kill my daughter and get away with it.

Why do we have police if we have no judges, i think he should live with the judge in a spare bedroom until he goes to court

I understand that even murderers have a right to bond, but why not set the bonds higher and make them wear ankle monitors if they do actually bond out. Too many judges letting these criminals out on bond and they commit more crimes while they're out on bond. It doesn't make sense. Start putting the judges in jail with the murders and rapists!!

Why is murder even given a bond? Would a person who would run rather then life in prison? How can a bond company even issue it? How can the community support the bond business? Why would the community give the Victims family a chance at revenge? These are good people and if I witnessed the killing this murder I would go temporarily bling and amnesia. If his house was on fire I would not call the fire department. It seems as if the judge encourages violence and vigilantism. Houston and Miami and Chicago and New York and OKC and LA all need to just start killing the scum because the governments protect and ignore everything that is destroying this country. If these types of judges get murdered I will feel only happiness. Some one will say innocent until proven but if the Grand Jury and DA moves forward a trail is a formality until the punishment is finalized. What they are saying is that there is enough evidence that he probably did do it but now you get to prove it. News Flash that there are no innocent people in jail. 99% true and after a bond violation he should wait for trial in the hole. If this was generational black gang issues this man would already be dead and a few relatives. I commend the man who attacked in court, ineffective but does make a statement. RIP my brother RIP

Send the judge family addresses and see if her whole family sleeps in fear. This is corrupt judge.

How can someone shoot someone else 22x and be released on bond? We’ll let’s be logical. What’s his past history? Will he kill again since it was a crime of passion? What are the chances of running? What’s the population of the jail like? Once again just like earlier this year we have a bunch of online lawyers that know better than people that went to school for law. Just like all the online doctors that know better than real doctors.

Sentinal is the wrong company to use if they can't rely on their reports. What happens when someone else is killed. When will judges learn to keep these people behind bars. Shooting someone 22 times and you set a bond low enough for them to get out. You can't get mad at the police when they do their job then the judges let these people out to reoffend. Judges need to be held accountable for their decisions in these cases if the person reoffends.

Shame on that judge! Ridiculous to have him out on bond & I do not for one second blame the brother they escorted out the court room. Now if anything else happens it's on the judge's hands with her bad decision.

Put him on child support they for sure won’t let him go. You missed a payment of child support you don’t get one but if you kill somebody you can bond out

Your safe because he is being monitored by an ankle monitor. What about the 12 year old that had an ankle monitor on was out at 2 am in the morning had a gun and shot at police, ended up being killed by the police. As far as I'm concerned I would say she was not guilty if she shot that sob in the head and claimed self defense
