The brother of the victim should have never been sentenced whatsoever. A murderer walks away with a one-year sentence while the brother of the victim gets one year for punching the murderer in the face. No justice. The judge needs to be stripped of his position.

And yet again...THE CRIMINAL HAS MORE RIGHTS THAN THE FAMILY OF THE VICTIM!!! When will the justice system get it through their heads that this does NOT deter the criminal of committing more crimes but incentivizes them to do it again because they got away with it before?!?! Our justice system needs a complete over haul.

I fully believe that part of the sentence should be to let the family of a victim spend some "quality time" with the criminal

C'mon people seriously? The jury looked at the evidence and determined the killing was self-defense. It happens all the time. Just because the title of the video says Killer gets one-year sentence doesn't mean he was unjustified in the killing he committed. The family's anger is understandable, but there's a difference between the dad of a murdered kid lunging at the killer when the killer gloats or something and leaping onto the defendant when the jury doesn't come back with the verdict you wanted.

Our justice system doesn't really provide justice half the time. I feel bad for the sibling.
